I have these LPs. But as I not have how change them in MP3. What do I do? I open an account on paypal and the readers of the blog help me to buy the necessary equipment for this?
First off, congratulations for your fine blog and many thanks for accepting to share all this great music. You don't have to buy anything. There are a lot of free softwares available on internet to convert Wave files in mp3. One of them I would recommend is Audacity, downloadable here:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Otherwise just google "mp3 converter" and you should be directed to many other converters.
Anyway what you first have to do, is to connect your turntable to an amplifier and then the amplifier to your computer. This can be generally done with a mini jack (and don't forget to connect the turntable to the earth). Then play your vinyl and record it on your hard drive thru Audacity or any oyher recorder you may have available on your PC. The result will be Wave files which you'll then have to convert in mp3 files. Before the mp3 conversion you may want to restore the vinyl recording to eliminate the clicks and other kinds of parasite noise. This is requiring some skill but I am sure you can achieve it. There must be some kind of tutorial with audacity to help. Should you need more information, don't hesitate to ask. Good luck!
It's very simple. Just get a turntable (look at ebay), if it has a USB connection it would be better. Then get any audio recording and editing program (I use Nero) and you are done. There is a lot of work, but believe me, lots of fun await you

get a usb turntable. audio technica is very solid. stanton is overpriced. sony is lame in every possible way.
if you already have a turntable, you can get a usb mixer. numark makes a cheap and efficent one.

I think Edmundo wants money - I share LPs and I had to buy all the equipment myself including a USB turntable and no I don't have a job.
