Die in the last day 01/02/2009 the Brazilian pianist Anna Stella Schic. Born in Campinas, São Paulo, and rooted in Nice, France, since the 70s, she occupied the chair n. 26 of the Brazilian Academy of Music.
Anna Stella Schic was one of the greatest pianists of Brazil, not only by the importance it had in the first full recording of the work for piano by Heitor Villa-Lobos and help you resolve issues pianists in some parts, but also because of its sound and robust at the same time round, coupled with a great virtuosity and good taste.
Anna Stella also recorded a CD with works by Gershwin with the Rhapsody in Blue, a CD and played with little pieces of Mendelssohn, including his Sonata No.1 and 6 preludes.

Faleceu no último dia 01/02/2009 a pianista brasileira Anna Stella Schic. Natural de Campinas, São Paulo, e radicada em Nice, França, desde os anos 70, ela ocupava a cadeira n. 26 da Academia Brasileira de Música.
Anna Stella Schic foi uma das maiores pianistas do Brasil, não só pela importância que teve em gravar a primeira integral da obra para piano de Heitor Villa-Lobos e ajudá-lo a resolver certas questões pianísticas em algumas das peças, mas também devido ao seu som robusto e ao mesmo tempo arredondado, associado a uma enorme virtuosidade e bom gosto.
Anna Stella também gravou um CD com obras de Gershwin contendo a Rhapsody in Blue, e um CD com peças pouco tocadas de Mendelssohn, incluindo sua sonata No.1 e 6 prelúdios.
